Delete your Reflect account
Dandelion Reflect is a journaling app made by Dandelion Psychotherapy. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from the app or the website, and you don't need the Android app installed to do it.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Reflect in the Android app or at reflect.dandelion-psychotherapy.com.
- Open Me, then go to the Privacy section.
- Tap "Delete account and data".
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Want a copy first? Before you delete, open Me, then Your journal, then Export. Export is free on every plan.
Can't sign in?
Email yoshita@dandelion-psychotherapy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 7 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, and every entry, photo, drawing, handwriting page, voice note, mood, tag, gratitude list and pack progress in it. Writing reminders stop too.
- Product analytics in PostHog carry only a random account ID and aren't removed automatically yet. Email us and we'll delete them.
- A paid plan is cancelled first, so you aren't charged again. If you subscribed through Google Play, check Payments & subscriptions in the Play Store afterwards.
Deleted data leaves our live database straight away. Copies can stay in our database host's (Supabase) encrypted backups until they are overwritten in their normal cycle.
To delete a single entry instead, open it and use the delete option. More on how Reflect handles your data is in the privacy policy.
